William Harris Stevens III - Councilman, Banker, Sports Official Bill Stevens, a thirty-four-year resident of Doylestown, PA, passed away on December 30, 2012 as the result of a two-year battle with pancreatic cancer. He was 70. Born and reared in the Germantown and Chestnut Hill sections of Philadelphia, he was the son of the late W. Harris Stevens, Jr., and Ruth Longstreet Stevens.
