Born on October 22, 1965 to the late Thomas and Dorothy (née Glover), Joe was a lifelong resident of the Levittown and Fairless Hills neighborhoods. He was an avid Philadelphia sports fan and especially loved to cheer on the Eagles and Phillies through both good times and bad.
